Happy belated birthday Sarasface! ^^ I apologise for being so late...

I'm sorry to everyone who's birthday I have missed recently. Moving house and work has taken up all of my time. Also, I lose track of things very easily.

The [Original scan] I found is, as you can see, a black and white image. I quickly added some colour and highlights, then the bokeh to add some sparkle to the rain. Messy but fun!
