They make tea that much better.
I'm very proud of this work ^w^ Not only does it have Asuka with her new look (and, hopefully, a less complicated looking attire for her as I have removed the fishnet and extra layers of the back) but it has that background. Originally I wasn't going to put in a background, but I've been abusing the photoshop gradient tool far too long. I need to start drawing my own backgrounds. They look so much nicer. I also varied the contrasts and didn't abuse the whole piece with dark lines. Plus Asuka's sitting! I suppose there's still error there, but it's the best I've done. And I love the hair. Trying a new technique with that, but I'm sure very few (if any) will notice the subtle touches I put. Her hand on her lap made me happy as well as you can see the knuckle without it looking odd.
I kept the pinkish hue to the image because I felt it added more of a old world touch to it.
The irony of this piece is that I actually do not like tea. Except for Pomegranate tea. That's about the only one I've tried and liked. Maybe because I do not own a monocal...hrmmm...
