This is me, proving my improvement^^
I drew the original Blue Girl picture in Feb. of 2009 and I redrew it in my new style this Oct. (So, almost two years)

1. I guess I would say I've improved about a 7 or 8? because I've learned more about shading techniques, styles, and overall anitomy. (For example, her eye is no longer in the middle of her head.)
2. I think I understand more about shading and how the body should fit together and flow. My style isn't as stiff as it was^^
3. I've learned that light falls differently on everything and so the shading needs to show that. Also, I learned that it's not possible for someone to have an eye IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR FACE UNLESS THEY'RE A CYCLOPS! *facepalm* (sorry I'm rather redundant><)
4. This may sounds really cheesy, but honestly, the support of my friends inspired me to improve^^ Sarah (HV) actually taught me the basics and all my other friends have helped me along this path and helped me to pursue drawing as a hobby at the very least. Thanks so much to all of you<3
5. Tips? Keep drawing! Even if it may not seem like it, your drawings are always improving bit by bit. Each little step will bring you to a greater destination and at that destination, you can keep on going and improving, too.
You have no limits!

I drew this all by hand and colored it all by hand.
I used GIMP to clean up the paper and the colors, etc.
I put it together on Paint.
The boxes and text are from MS Paint.
Comments/huugs/faves VERY appreciated~!
