This was a birthday present for one of my best friends. She's a huge Hina fan, even going so far as to cosplay Hina (she made the costume by herself, it was very impressive!). I thought drawing Hina would make a nice present for her. She did really like it, even if it was almost a month late.
I'm such a bad friend, if I can't even get my birthday presents done on time. Geez. xD

There are problems here that I could fix, but won't since it's an older piece of artwork. Her eyes, for example, aren't exactly focused out in the direction towards the viewer, and I've gotten a lot better with that. Her hands, and the lengths of her arms, as well as hair, shading, and the proportions of the waist, have been improved, too~
...(I need to start drawing some serious stuff again. xD)
