Milena's dress was inspired by Innocent World's designs, except the shoes, those were inspired by Angelic Pretty's cake shoes. I think she came out pretty cute, especially the hair! My favorite thing about this piece is her dress design, I would love to own a dress like that! The angle of this picture is at an upper view so if it looks weird thats why...
I love doilies, I have a bunch in my room. They add some zazz to those little areas that are too small for a trinket but too empty alone. You can buy doilies at Joann Fabric stores, but I gathered mine from the basement.
