Something a bit different for me: a traditional piece for a change!
This is a birthday present for one of my best friends. Here I portrayed the singer Nookie from the Russian metal band Slot (who, by the way, has an insanely amazing voice with some serious skillz). Totally check it out if it sounds remotely interesting.
Anyways, this is something much different than normal, considering I didn't have the power of the undo tool for this. xD I used a double-whammy combo of Copics and Prismacolor pencils for this, and since the two work so well together, I'm thinking of just using that combo from now on with more stuff. It ended up looking 10x more epic than I had originally expected. :3
PS: "Izluchenie" is the phonetic translation of a Russian word meaning "radiation". It's also the upper word written on the radioactive sign she's holding, while the lower word is "Caution!"
13' by 9.5' paper, Sakura Micron pens, Prismacolor pencils, Copic markers, 5 hours, and lots of love <3
