Coloring with colored pencils makes all the colors duller. Dx

Idk what happened with the background. The coloring was going pretty alright for the clothes, but then I had to do the water and sky and now it almost looks like it's nighttime instead of bright and sunny and I'm so confused... orz
I'll try recoloring the sky later...

Anyways, this is my entry for the Casual & Street Style challenge. I drew my OC Stefan. :9 I thought it'd be fun to draw him in casual clothes...
But I have no idea what compelled me to draw a background. Never again. Never. Dx I hate backgrounds so bad lsdjfaslkdfja. ;~;

Um... yeah. I guess that's all I have to say. SHORT FOOTNOTES, WHOA!
