I would say it is the humanoid version of that hat on the 'O'.

Etc., etc...XD

I don't know...just when I drew this I was like 'THIS IS SO THEO!'...for some reason...it was just a feeling...

It's also kind of a more feminine spikey...?

I also tried to make it look like it'd be good on the site.

I was also going with the thought that theO would be filled with lots of different characters so I tried to do a character that would compliment Sakura Kokoro's pic for the news.

(I almost forgot about this contest...;m;)
