Anyways, here's the short answer to that question: She gossips about people and celebrities 100% because she's bored and it's entertaining. That's all there is to it. xD

Of Kasey and Jo, Kasey's the character that may have the most qualities that I don't agree with. :m
In-story, Kasey's viewed more positively by 3rd-parties than Jo. At first glance, Jo's the sexy/dangerous party girl while Kasey's the innocent sweetheart. In truth, the titles are more or less swapped between the two. Neither of them are attempting to be the perceptions they are given.
