This question (and most of the questions Iiwi asked) was in response to the footnotes on a picture I uploaded on dA. (I uploaded the censored version here on theO.) When describing Stefan, I said he "does consider himself above a lot of people, but at the same time he considers himself an unsuccessful person in many ways."
Stefan never explicitly says in OFAV that he tries to put himself above others while still thinking he's below them. He tries to hide the lower aspect of his self esteem, but has no problem showing others that he thinks he's better than them. That said, Stefan's one of the nicer snobs you may come across. :V He's usually crabby from working too much, which makes him a little cynical... but catch him on a day off, and he's not so bad. xD; He's usually the most at ease around Dean or, as the series goes on, Gabe. He's the most annoyed around TB and Kasey.

But enough about that. Stefan has a pretty good summary of his character up there. :m
