Done for MissGoldenAngel, who requested I do one of Allen Walker. I'm sorry that Allen turned out kinda blurry. The picture I found was very pixelated so I tried to smooth it out. T.T Now it looks too blurry. Sigh...

I do like the background though. At first I used grays and purples, but it made Allen look washed out. So then I tried darker blues, and saw that it made Allen stand out more (in a good way). Sorry, MissGoldenAngel, I tried using the colors you picked, but it wasn't working!
