It took me a while to do because:
1. I had it all done and then I forgot to save it when I closed out of it.
2. I was being lazy ^^'

And how I did it. Hm, well I vectored Mugen.I added a white background, slapped some brushes on(need to find those people who made them so I can give them credit). I put the sunburst on there because a member said that there wasn't a focal point in a wallpaper I did so I put that there to make a focal point.

It looked really plain and boring so I put a texture on and set it to overlay and now I have this. :D
