....hello? D: I haven't been around the wallpaper section in a long time!! Lol. Miss me? XD Yeah, I miss me, too. I realize that I like making e-cards a lot more than wallpapers...it was too stressful doing those elaborate painted and vectored walls! I still have that Ritsuka one, but it's become a collab, so I'm waiting for my friend to help with her part. :) But aside from that, I don't really have the motivation to make walls often anymore. Sorry~ The big canvas just...scares me now, lol.

So I took my principles of when I'm making ecards and applied it to this. Cleaned up the scan (I originally got it on AP, but it would've taken me forever to find it again! There's thousands of Touhou images there), which was blurry and bleh [and it still does look that way!], messed with the levels, contrast, colors, darkened some things, sharpened stuff...and then went texture happy. :D And brushes, too, to make the sparkly goodness around Cirno's wings. I realize this isn't my "best," but it was a quick wall to do because I was tired of seeing my same ones in my portfolio. ^^; I'm such a failure!!

I decided to do this one because I saw this wonderful BLUE challenge. <333 I definitely think it's good to go for it, right? I mean, it's blue! ^_^

I dedicate this to Jes because she is a sweet friend! Also, I don't think I've dedicated anything to you...at least not for a long time, right? I hope you like it. :)
