I'm slowly adding to the neopets category ^^

I extracted the image of Tarla, then gave her a thicker outline [just ignore the odd blurred areas XD]. I used a brush for the sun rays, more brushes for the light and sparkles, added a bit of texture overlay, then drew in the smoke ^^
