Apparently I've temporarily gotten bored of vectoring characters/humans. Started on a character, but the face/hair/clothes just felt tedious. Pokemon are all so different that I'm kind of in a "rut".
Maybe nothing but Pokemon wallpapers for a while.

After finishing coloring her, I removed the lines and actually liked it better without them.
Unlike the Shaymin one, I wanted some kind of background for this, and of course snowflakes are more than appropriate.
So with winter coming, here's a winter wallpaper.
