First, I resize the scan to 1600x1200px. Then I increase the contrast and level for the scan since the Latte's wallpapers have bright colors. And then I added the texture, I choose bokeh texture because it seems to fit the scan. :D
Latte also used some texture and quote in her wallpapers. So, that's what I do. I added the 'a whole new world' quote because Miku seems to be in a whole new world where she never been before.
And that would be all. :D
