This was a nice idea for a challenge~ I love seeing images emphasizing certain areas. For a long time, I didn't understand the impact that black/white photos had. I have a new appreciation for them as of late. ^^

Anyway, onto the description :3
I remember having this render that emphasized the purple in his outfit, and I just loved it, so I snatched it up. First I made him entirely black/white, but I separated the purple of his shirt and his eyes, to make them stand out from the rest of everything. I had to clean up the render a bit since there was still quite a bit of white surrounding him, and I also had to draw in a bit to have it at the position/angle that I wanted. I then added the city in and used some filters and effects to get what I wanted. It was pretty fun since it was all aimed to be black/white. Yet after I finished toying with it all, I thought maybe I should balance out the color, so selecting the color of his shirt, I added some bokeh, gave it an effect and filtered it to color dodge. I then added the words and gave them a fade to gray effect. ^^

I THINK this is Hibari. ^^;;; I don't really know KHR, so if I'm wrong, someone plz tell me?
