This is my submission to the "Snow Fun" wallpaper contest. Rukia Kuchiki from Bleach. The picture is a vector by ASH Hikari, entitled “Winter Solstice”. It can be found here, http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/322142. I used the preloaded cs5 filter “clouds” and used the screen blend setting to create the illusion of snow. I used a picture i took on a bike trail in my home town for the background. The photo was actually taken before there was any snow on the ground, but i added variation effects so that you cannot tell. I am very happy with the way my project turned out, but I am very new to CS5 Photoshop. I would appreciate advice. Thank you for this opportunity.
