I wasn't going to post this, I think I say that a lot, since this started out as just the circle effects, but one of my friends said I might as well just post it~ I'm designing a logo for someone I know, so I was just goofing around with techish sort of designs in Photoshop and decided to use a random image in the BG and it happened to be Lightning.
