Ah~~ My newest masterpiece! So, at first glance, it may seem like I didn't edit anything at all- but, there was a lot that I had to change!

I had to crop out the girl, so she can fully fit onto the wallpaper. Then, using a second layer of the same scan, I cropped out the film strip. And, using a third layer of the same scan, but with it at mega-large size, I had the background. The yellow dots that were originally on the scan were then removed, and I added them on again, myself. Oh, and lastly I had the draw the rest of her boot. being a tennis shoe-fan, I had trouble figuring that part out :P
