1920 x 1080 recommended; I worked on this at 2133 x 1200 for the reconstruction part, so 1920 x 1200 actually cuts from it.
Another simpler wallpaper, just like my previous one, only this one has textures instead and isn't as shiny. I couldn't bring myself to continue my other vector wall projects, so I found the perfect excuse when I came across this gorgeous scan :P It's not a technically awesome wall, just something I whipped up in around an hour or so (spread out on two days). Most of it went into reconstructing the background: a lot of cloning, blending and color modifying and some manual reconstruction on the patterns on the arches (which drove me up the wall at times).
I painted a few shadows on the top part of the arches to avoid them all looking identical but, aside from that and reconstructing, there wasn't much done here. Added the bokeh for a softer look, didn't add text because I had no idea what to put and I wanted to focus on the background anyway. Overall, this is made for those with lots of icons and wide monitors, because I for one really enjoy something scenic and basic on my desktop most of the time c:

Painting and bokeh were done by messing around with the settings of default brushes in Photoshop CS5.
