I wish I could say this was a quick wallpaper but, sadly, it took almost 5 months of sitting around on my HD until I submitted it ._. I didn't really know what I wanted to do with it, so I just spent time repainting and changing colors; I did NOT do any Gaussian blurring on this, even though it looks like it. The "slippery" look is due to the painting and, well, it's not that glaring on smaller resolutions. /lame excuse for being lazy

The only resource I used is the original scan, the rest is all painting and color manipulation. It hurt to cut off the city but reconstructing everything is honestly more work than I'm willing to invest in this (at least for now) ._. I may revisit it later though. Hope you like it nonetheless, because I like how it looks on my desktop :)
