Over time, this place has become my sporadic, and very random blog 'thing'. I'm too much of a personal person to post about everything that happens in my real life, but my internet life is all here for you to check out. Let the randomness ensue.

Also in this world, I shall post:

Segments: Agree or Disagree?, Pet Peeves

Other Sites You'll Find Me: Tumblr, Minitokyo, DeviantART, LiveJournal (I don't visit this much), Blogspot (I visit this even less), Twitter (I joined this site over a year ago because of my infatuation with Tom Felton) Since my absence, Tom Hiddleston has become my life-ruiner. Don't understand it? Just research him and it'll happen to you too. That man is a Disney Prince, brought to life.

"I don't believe in science," //almost a rant, iffy subject

(the comment was in reply to this article [not the same site though])

I'm not an atheist (and quite honestly, I don't like labels either), but I firmly believe that stupidity can come from everywhere. I actually never realized that there were people that are currently... breathing air (you know, molecules and all that 'hokey-pokey'), the very same air I'm breathing, and not believing in science.

The worst thing is?

Some of those people have children.

Why is that a concern of mine? For some of these people, when their precious child becomes deathly ill, they seek no medical treatment for them because they believe that God will heal their child. More often than not, the child is pulled into believing this. If their child perishes despite their prayers and sermons? It's God's will. Doesn't that contradict the belief that humans have free will?

If God indeed exists and he or she made everything possible-- then doesn't the mental capabilities, the knowledge of modern science come from them as well? Shouldn't we have the free will to seek treatment for ourselves? Would God truly allow us to have this intelligence, if he or she could solve all of the issues themselves?

I swear, this type of thing makes me lose a little 'faith' every now and then. //facepalm

It's not meant to come off as 'anti-God'; I believe in a higher 'power'- to a certain extent. Which is why I call it both male and female; can we be so sure? And it's just... people tend to makes things more complicated than it needs to be. A little logic wouldn't hurt.

The Only Legal...

I made this card the other day; I thought it might be a little much to submit so I'm putting it here.

Have you ever been watching an anime and wondered, "What the hell, she's in her underwear and she's how old?!"

EDIT: It's been a while since I've seen this card. It still scares me to no end.

The type of things I tend to think/feel

I feel as if I'm looking through an alien's eyes, studying people's habits, the items people own, the heated arguments, and for a moment- it all feels foreign to me. I can't help but think; if if life ended and began once more, would life's customs be the same? Would some of the world's excesses, traditions, even religion, change along with the planet, and how so?

If a species of higher intelligence were peering into our lives, what would they think? Would they be confused by some of our behavior, ideals, would they continue floating through space, unnoticed by us, because they've gotten a glimpse at our primitiveness? Perhaps they would return once we've heightened our intelligence...?

And sometimes, I feel all to aware of my own singular existence. For a simple moment, I can grasp the concept that there are billions of people living on a huge floating planet, in the middle of nowhere, a vast nothingness that holds the key to everything--- and suddenly, bickering over mindless subjects seems pointless, fighting over things like religion, homosexuality, and other topics seem unnecessary.

We're a unique species; shouldn't we all attempt to become better than we are now? Or are we merely waiting for evolution to fill the gap?

I think about these types of things an awful lot; it can be depressing. However, I would never wish to be anyone else; I'm glad I have the ability to run questions like that through my mind.

I'm European. (Meme)

Where the Hell do I live?

The first thing I heard was a huge gun blast; so shocking and close, that I slammed the computer shut, and dropped to the floor in a flash. It's because I'm partly black, isn't it? /stereotype I got up, and looked outside.

SWAT Team.

Outside my house.

Seriously.

Two big, black vehicles. Several unmarked cars. One Sheriff car, and someone being whisked away in handcuffs (from next door). People dressed in thick armor, helmets, full masks, gloves, boots, and big artillery.

DAMN.

Where the hell do I live, Detroit?

And if I told you that this is not the first time this has happened, would you believe me? Last time they 'dropped by' if was for my house. It was a case of mistaken identity though; but watching men dressed in black armor morph out of the bushes with big guns? Just as unsettling at you might think.
