Woop!
Project came along quite well today. The wait is NEARLY over!
I'll be sad to see it go, though... like some sort of freakish ink-child
Today was quite fun, games, music and project galore
And annoying Haru, which always gets a few laughs.
Two Weeks till the party...
Cannot Actually wait!
Today was goooooood
Hope you guys had goooooood days too!
Enjoy!
Fifteen, the magic number
The fifteenth day of my online diary
My age, of course
And fifteen days till I got to a college party with my best friend's reasonably attractive brother where there will be alca-ma-hol
And I will be totally dolled up for said party, which makes me almost as excited as the party itself!
Obviously, of course, this ultra-cool amazing person is Haru. And she doesn't realise JUST HOW MUCH I am psyched about this party. THANKYOU!!
Well I feel MUCH better since two days ago. Am back to psycho-mode! Woop!
A friend of mine was intrigued by the prospect of our project, and so I invited her to join theOtaku. She has and likes it very much!
Speaking of projects, it's nearly done... so so close! EEK!
Today was reasonably good fun. I spent first lesson learning new Drama techniques, and putting them into practise. Second lesson was Science, which I spent colouring my Lesson Timetable in, in pretty colours. Third lesson, History, we learnt more about how mean Nazi Germany was, and fourth lesson I spent coasting Maths, as usual. Finally, ICT was spent on the computers colouring a picture in a different colour so I could add it to a spreadsheet. Mmmm joy.
However, overall I wasn't BORED, so I'm happy. I read .Hack AfterBirth 1 at lunch so that was interesting. Now I'm listening to "Milkshake" by Kelis and giggling.
Well I feel better, and I hope you guys feel great too! Keep smiling, people!
Well, today was quite the mixed bag.
Woke up stressed. By school time, I had calmed down.
Being part of both the Drama and Dance GCSE groups, was on a school trip to see the musical "Cabaret" in Birmingham.
The trip there, two and a half hours, would have been totally bearable. But, of course, I had someone to sit next to... a boy called Matt. He is a total social reject, a freak who doesn't even realise, and has no friends. This is because he is clingy and tactless. He believes that because I dyed my hair blue/black, I MUST be a complete, 100% nothing-but Emo, and therefore I can't be happy. I also HAVE to be into the "Wrist-stuff", which is again, false. My wrists are totally clean, thankyou.
We got to meet the lead actors and ask them questions, and were able to direct one of their scenes. This was great fun. The lead female role of Sally Bowles was played by Samantha (Contest on I'd Do Anything, 3rd place.) She was fantastic.
The play itself was amazing. Set in Berlin, focusing on the night-life of the city, and it's *freedom*: "The Girls are beautiful... The Boys are beautiful..."
The lead girl, Sally Bowles falls in love with the lead boy, Cliff, and she falls pregnant. Cabaret revolves around their problems in their relationship,
the relationships of those around them. Later in the play, it involves the Nazi party and the evil effect it had.
The journey back (Three hours this time) was just as painful, if not more, with my partner now singing songs from the play (in a german accent). "Money makes the world go Rrrround..." Save me, please.
I got back at 9pm, had some toast to calm my destroyed nerves, and came upstairs to write this. The journey wasn't a total failure, however, as I finished reading "The Shining" by Stephen King. Joy :D
Well I hope you guys all had great days, and keep smiling!
Ahhh thirteen, the unlucky number. Guess it is unlucky.
I started today with Dance, which was fantastic. I'm the only one to have finished my Solo choreography, so I showed it to the class, and they loved it. Very good start to the day.
Then came Religious Education, where we found out next week we'll be studying about Civil Partnerships (Several comments throughout the class aimed at me) and my "Friend" (using the term loosely) had a joke request from another friend, asking me out (as a joke!) and she said yes on my behalf. I wouldn't even date him, and now she's joking that we are.
Joy. Then Drama lessons, which were okay, though a bit dull. We made up a small, minute-long piece and studied Cross-Cutting (Mixing up the storyline)
Science came next, which would have been okay... normally. We're doing electricity, and did a practical experiment. Ours didn't work. Woops. Then another boy who I dislike a lot (who ALSO pretends to have a crush on me) started attaching wires to the back of my blazer, and I had more comments about the fake dating. Yet ANOTHER boy who pretends to have a crush on me asked me to go to the Year 11 Prom with him a few days ago (The Leaver's Ball) and offered again (still jokingly). That made me feel even worse about the fact that I will never get a real offer.
Lastly we had French. Now, on a normal day, I find French boring. However, when you're tense from the comments, and tense from having people touching your hair/messing it up/nagging you for something, it's a real drag.
Yeah. Not a very good day, to be quite honest. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Unfortunately, being stressed has had a negative effect on my friends, and also my mum who (bless her) won't leave me alone about it.
Well, I guess 11/13 isn't a bad score. I'll try and have fun tomorrow. Hope everyone enjoyed their day.
Hey once again!
School was okay today, slow to start but sped up at the end, you know? Maths, then French, then English... but then Science and PSE (We had a careers lesson today) which both went quite fast. Science was hilarious, we moved into a new science room, so everyone was crazy, then I started showing off my Death Noet DVD... and scaring everyone in the process
I'm a Head Librarian at school... or I was, I retired today because I'm in my final year, GCSE's soon... Felt like an old person, I even got a Free Parker Pen (Just for inquiring, I felt like saying)
Overall, an okay day
Nothing major happened, really
Planning my weekends now
I've got a two parties to go to, a possible shopping trip and a dance practise in the next few saturdays... getting busy for me
Enjoy your days people
May they be more interesting than mine...
Ciao!
