Update at the bottom
I want to make a new Challenge so bad, but I have a dilemma. The dilemma is about the prizes for this Challenge. Allow me to elaborate.
What I wanted to do was give out some of my original songs as prizes. The problem is that the songs aren't recorded due to a stupid computer issue. I won't go into the issue unless anyone is good with sound settings, headphone/mic jack ports, and the like. I want to get someone to take a look at my computer and see what's up, but until then, I have no music to give out.
I assure you that this will get done eventually. I didn't spend a bunch of money to buy recording software for nothing. It's just that I really want to start this Challenge for the sake of generating activity. Heck, I was even thinking about making both a Fan Art Challenge AND a Wallpaper Challenge with the same premises to give out my songs.
By the time the Challenges end, I hope I'll have something to give. I just don't want to give any empty promises. Should I say that prizes are TBD? Should I wait?
Update: First off, I can only make five consecutive posts, so I'm sorry I couldn't reply to everyone. ^^;
Secondly, most people advised that I should hold off, so I will. Last night, I put in a call to my brother's friend who does computer work professionally. I trust that he can do something to help me.
In the meantime, I'm trying to think of ways to promote this upcoming Challenge. Obviously, I can make a World post about it, but I'm trying to think of other things I can do. Suggestions are welcomed.

1. How many characters have you created?
I'm sure I've created hundreds since childhood, but I don't really do a lot with most of them. Heck, I'm sure I've forgotten a lot of them.
2. Have you created characters for a fandom? If so, which one/ones?
I very rarely do that. In fact, the only time I remember doing something like that is with my namesake, Keba. She originated as an Inuyasha fan character. She quickly became something else entirely, though. Keba has gone through so many transformations it's crazy.
3. What is the most important thing, to you, about creating a character?
The most important thing to me is that I have to like the character in some way-- whether it's drawing it, writing about it, or just thinking about developing it.
4. Have you created content featuring your character?
I have a lot of stories and fan art. I just haven't really churned out a lot of it lately.
5. What do you like most about a character you’ve created?
Ooh, boy. That's a tough question. First I have to actually PICK a character to say what I like most about it. I have trouble doing stuff like that, so I'm just going to skip this question. Sorry.
6. Has anyone else created content featuring your character?
Yes, other people have drawn my characters. I LOVE when they do that.
7. What are your characters, to you?
My characters are like my babies. They grow and develop kind of like children grow up.
8. What’s your favorite type of character to create/write for?
I tend to like writing characters being angry and/or sarcastic. Too bad I have so few of those.
9. What’s the first thing you work on when you create your characters?
Usually, it's the design. I have to draw them out first.
10. Have you created a character or type of character that you are now ashamed of?
I wrote a story in my early to mid teens about magical girls. It was called Happiness, after the title character. The main character was kind of a self-insertion, though not a Mary Sue. She was kind of the newbie of the group, and didn't have a lot of confidence in herself. She wasn't perfect by any means. The REAL Mary Sue was the magical girl team's leader. She was the stereotypical "perfect girl" who was both smart and beautiful. Everybody in the story loved her. There was also a really angsty magical girl in there who had no redeeming qualities that I can think of. Plus, a couple of the other girls were kind of racial stereotypes. I didn't outright say what races the were, but they were still stereotypes.
11. What are the major inspirations you draw from for your characters?
I'm not certain what this means. If it's "How do your characters inspire you?" then I don't know-- I guess just by being my characters...?
12. Do you have a type of character you simply cannot or don’t want to create?
I'm really bad at making a likable villain. That's a problem, because conflict is necessary for a good story. Usually, when I make a villain that I like, I want it to be one of the "good guys" instead. I have to get past that, because most of my "bad guys" are very two-dimensional.
13. Do you really like someone else’s character? If so, why?
When you say "someone else", do you mean someone famous or someone you know personally? If it's the latter, I'd have to say that I really like a lot of the characters I see right here on theO. It's mostly the original, non-fan characters that I gravitate to.
14. Do you change your characters based off of your own change in mindset?
I don't know about my own mindset, but a lot of my characters do change over time.
15. What character type do you want to see more of?
Intellectual non-humans. It gets boring when the only species that you can communicate with is your own.
16. What’s an idea for a character you had, that never became more than an idea?
I can't think of many instances of that. I have some ideas for characters, but I do intend to draw and write about them someday.
17. If someone wanted to direct a movie involving your OCs, would you let them?
I'd most likely be breathing down their neck to make sure that they got my characters ABSOLUTELY right. I'd probably be so controlling that the person directing the movie would quit and scrap the project. LOL.
I hope this isn't the beginning of the end, and that Mobile Wallpapers and eCards really were just cut due to lack of activity. Still, if theO goes down, I'm posting a list of other places to contact me (not all of them are art/anime related):
Tumblr: KebaSiRota
Blogger: KebaSiRota
YouTube: KebaSiRota
Crunchyroll: KebaFox
Anime-Planet: KebaFox
Ravelry: KebaSiRota (must be registered to view)
SoundCloud: Keba Si Rota (nothing there yet)
Ultimate Guitar: KebaSiRota (no content yet)
These are all the sites I'm at least kind of active on. Sure I have accounts on DA, FanFiction, FictionPress, Picarto, and a few other places, but I've abandoned them. I haven't registered on any other art sites, and I probably won't unless theO goes down completely. Let's hope that doesn't happen.
Sorry about the quietness of my Worlds. I just don't have much to say.
I started a new drawing for the MMO Challenge. It's the first time I actually drew something in, like, a month. There are four Challenges I want to enter right now, but I haven't started drawings for all of them.
There have been some memes floating around that I'd like to fill out. I just never think about doing them.
Speaking of things that are floating around, we've got another art thief. And this time, it has nothing to do with our usual suspect. I reported all of this person's stolen works. I just hope they'll be taken down in a timely manner. You know, before the thief gets a following.
I'm kind of having an artist/writer's block. I know I need to tune up that chapter of Survival Instincts, but I feel like I might be rusty. I guess that goes for all of my stories. Heck, it goes for DRAWING my OCs, too.
I want to do one of those character studies where you draw a character with different poses and expressions. It's kind of like those character model sheets that are revealed as teasers for anime premiers. I just don't know how to go about doing those. And yes, I'm probably making this more complicated than it has to be. Any thoughts/tips?
I'd also like some tips on getting back into writing my stories. It's been a looooooong time since I touched any of them. My fear is that I've lost the "feel" of each one. I know where The Rebels of Planet Aadau is going because I wrote out most of it roughly 15 years ago (I can't believe it's been that long! O_O). I also know exactly what to do with Destination, but it's getting very hard to capture the essence of it. Survival Instincts kind of turns into a mess around the 9th chapter and the 10th is kind of a cliffhanger. I have no idea what to do with it after that.
I created Fiction Feedback Central to generate excitement about my stories, and for others to do the same. I guess it hasn't been going as well as I had hoped.
So yeah. Lots of blocks.
And now for something slightly off the subject.
My CD Collection World is nearly at 300 views even though I have NO REVIEWS WHATSOEVER. I really have no idea which one to do first. I don't even feel like I have enough information to write a well-rounded review for most of my albums. Anyone know of any sites that give information on music? I'd do research on my own, but usually I find a lot of biased junk that makes my blood pressure skyrocket.
Again, review requests are open. Mostly because I'm so indecisive.
I have also added 22 more albums to my collection. I should go add them... sometime.
Speaking of stuff to add, I should totally rework my intro for this very World. Anyone want to read one of those "about me"/likes/dislikes things?
