So today, we didn't have school until 2 in the afternoon because of the state testing going on (which is only for freshmen and sophomores). Me and Alex came to school anyways, and she brought her xbox with her so we could play Halo. OF COURSE our school decides to be a dick about it and says we aren't allowed to play, because it would "disrupt testing" and because we weren't supposed to be there anyway. So, we got kicked out.
Then we decided we would walk downtown (downtown = like 5 miles away from school), so we just LEAVE school and walk all the way there to find out that absolutely NO WHERE is open yet. It was still pretty early, like 8:30ish by the time we got down there, so that shouldn't have been very surprising, but still. So our plan to go to the Game Cabin was out (the Game Cabin is this place where you can pay an hourly rate to play xbox games, specifically Halo 3), and the public library wasn't open, and neither was this restaurant we both like a lot (Chicago's Best, mmmm), so we were just like "SCREW IT, let's go back to your house" since her house is like, right there. XD; So we get to her house, and hang out there for like 6 hours, and then her dad gives us a ride back to school at 2 and no one is the wiser.
Funniest thing is, my parents thought I was at school the whole day. If they found out I walked downtown and went to Alex's house, I'm pretty sure they would have an aneurysm. XDD;
Today is Halloween, as everyone should know, and I’m being Mia Fey from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. XD; So far the day’s been okay, but then I got to Yearbook where we were supposed to have a huge Mortal Kombat tournament, but the dude who brought the game didn’t even check the CD and it was like, the worst scratched CD I’ve ever SEEN. XD; It kept freezing at the start screen. And I was all ready to dominate everyone with my awesome Playstation Controller Button Mashing Skills ™!
In any case, Alex and I discovered that minus the visor (and her wig, so her wigcap showed ), GODOT IS A FUCKIN’ PIRATE. HELL YEAH.
Everyone keeps asking who I am, and I go “a lawyer” and then they stare at me puzzled for a minute and add, “What’s with the nine?” and I reply, “It’s a magatama.” I love how many utterly confused looks I’ve gotten today. XDD; It’s probably nothing compared to Alex, who’s got a white wig and a toaster-face visor. When people ask her who she is, she goes “a blind prosecutor.” I doubt even anyone knows what a prosecutor is. XD;

So I'm still working on that RVB art I mentioned a while back, though I'm only... not quite a fifth of the way done. XD; I may have more time for it now, though, since I don't have too much by way of homework anymore. Nothing done today, though, since I had to write a freakin' paper. D:
I'm in the computer lab in Geography class right now, and we're supposed to be working on our country projects for the unit on South America. No one really is doing what they're supposed to, though, since the substitute teacher is no where to be found. 
Unfortunately, I'm smack dab in the middle of two groups of boys who keep shooting cheap mardi-gra necklace beads at each other. I've been hit multiple times, and I've lectured them for it, but they still aren't stopping.
Damn kids these days.
