~Candice~

I knocked and opened the door to Amora’s room. “Hello?” I asked. I saw her sitting behind her desk, going through some papers.

“Hello Candice.” She said looking up. “You have clothes waiting for you in your room. I’m sorry you had to witness that.” She said.

“I’m just glad he’s ok.” I nodded. “And, he said something about a punishment? Please don’t do anything bad to him…” I started but then stopped.

“I won’t hurt him I promise, but he will need something for breaking his seal. And he severely hurt someone this time. I know he was protecting the spirits here, but its still inexcusable the amount of force he used.” She said firmly but then smiled softly at me. “I haven’t quite decided what to do, so for now, just go try to help him.” She said.

“Yes, I will. Thank you.” I said softly and left. I immediately went to Snows room and knocked.

“It’s open.” I heard. I opened up the door and slipped in.

“Candy, you should be changing. I should be here alone now.” He said. I got down on my knees in front of him.

“Not according to the goddess.” I said. “Now, come on. Lets get you cleaned up alright?”

“No baths, I’ll just do it myself.” He said. I crossed my arms.

“Snow…I won’t let you lick the blood off yourself. What if I…” I trailed off and blushed. I didn’t want to finish my sentence.

“What if you what?” He asked. ‘Great, what do I say? What if I wanted to kiss you again? No way am I going to say that…’ I thought.

“Just because, now come on.” I went to his room and turned on the water.

“Nope.” He said. I looked at him and sighed. If he was a guy, maybe this would work. I slowly started to take off some layers. His face turned red, I could even tell from under the blood.

“W-What are you doing?!” He covered his face. I smiled and chuckled.

“Well, you don’t want to, so I will.” Suddenly, his door opened and in floated Amora. Snow was up on his feet and moved toward the window.

“If you do that your suffering will be prolonged Snow.” She said calmly ad appeared in front of him and slapped a piece of paper to his forehead. “Become small.” She said and there was a poof of smoke. When it cleared, I saw a tiny, 5 year old Snow sitting on the floor, looking devastated. Then Amora put a necklace on him, which he tried to take it off but it wouldn’t budge. “That’s for hurting someone.” She said and He looked down. “Feel free to bathe him now Candice.” And with that she left the room. I went over to hims and bent down.

“Are you ok? Did it hurt?” I asked. He shook his head.

“My pride hurts, and so does my heart.” He said. I scooped him up and held him close.

“It’ll be alright. It could have been much worse.”

“How?”

“Talon could have died.” I said and he fell silent. I looked down onto him and I smiled.

“You are so adorable…”

“No…don’t say that…” He pouted.

“Bath timeee!” I sang out with a smile and he started squirming.

“No! Don’t make me!” This reminded me of when I would babysit, and I had to contend with a few kids.

“You’re 5. Just stop.” I grinned. I heard a chuckle from the doorway and saw Talon leaning on the frame. “Well, get in here.” I said.

“Oh no, he’s your problem.” Talon said and then I saw Amora behind him.

“You will help her.” She ordered.

“But, why?!” Talon slumped over and Snow smirked. “Oh, just for that look Snow, it’s time for you to get squeaky clean…” He came over and I held Snow as Talon pulled the shirt off.

“Now, finish getting undressed and get in the tub.” I said. Snow shook his head when I sat him down. “I will strip you young man.” I threatened. When he still refused I quickly peeled his bottoms off and sat him in the tub. Talon held him as he protested and I gently washed his hair. “If you stopped squirming, this would go smoother.” I said. “Stop fighting it.” I said sternly and he actually listened to me and stopped, but he continued to whine and complain. I smiled at him. Even thought it was sort of a punishment for me having him this small, it was also kind of sweet, and oh so cute.

“Do you have siblings?” Talon asked me.

“No, but I have babysat before, so I know how to handle stubborn little boys.” Snow pouted at me and I just winked at him.

“I’m not really good with kids.” Talon said as he dumped some water over Snow’s head to rinse the suds.

“Obviously…” He muttered, clearly miserable. I chuckled.

“I guess I have a gift. You’re almost done, bare with us.” I scrubbed his arms then pulled the drain. “There, that wasn’t so bad was it. Now I need a shower myself. See you soon.” I waved a little as Talon grabbed a towel.

“Bye.” Snow muttered.

“See ya.” Talon smiled a little at me and Snow glared at him. I chuckled and left the room and went to my own bathroom and took a much needed, hot, cleansing shower.
