Rebecca looked to the sky. “I must not let this weigh me down, I will move on.” She looked inside her mind for an answer to the question of “What will I do now?” Then, it hit her she would become an assassin. Shones always thought Rebecca could take anyone down with one stroke of her blade. Rebecca gripped her scabbard. She would become the Best assassin in the land.
Mironus looked up at the sky. “Left behind, again. Why is it always me that gets left behind?” The dojo was quiet except for a few birds, who sang in the distance. Mironus sighed. “Maybe I should find Monsoon.” Mironus moved slowly to toward the main building. Once inside, he was surprised to see that his name was on the guest list and he had a room. He found his room and laid down on the bed.
“That Shones must be one weird person to hang out with! Then again, she does remind me of someone.” Mironus stared out the window of his room. Birds were chirping and flying around outside. “She even acts like her. Could it be? Is she really the one I know as Cat?” Mironus sat on the edge of the bed. “Her Kekkai Genkai is very unique and is yellow. I’ve never seen this form.” he yawned and grabbed his navy blue jacket and slipped it on.
“Cat did say she had invented her own, Kishana I think.” Mironus removed his hood, revealing his large black eyes. His left eye was partly red in color around the edge of the pupil, the right bluish. “Shones must be the same person. Laizen has changed, too. And the others, even though I only know a few, must be her friends or maybe her family.” Mironus looked up at the ceiling. Then, he stumbled as if realizing for the first time that he was alive. “What happened to Yutake?”
The woods were quiet that night. No sounds could be heard. The silence was unnatural. The Black Roses had brought Laizen back to the dojo. Derog had lost his life when he realized he had his revenge. The burning inside Laizen from this had left him paralyzed. No one spoke afterwards. Knowing that their fearless leader had passed on, the pirate band mourned and wept. Itachi had regained consciousness and seemed to stare into space.
Challow had confined himself to his and Shones’s room. No one dared to disturb him. Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji had built a statue of Shones that read: Our Fearless Leader -- Through Thick & Thin, Shones. Gaara hid his feelings as usual. Mironus had gone to look for Yutake. No one had noticed he was missing until Mironus had told them, which disappointed and upset him.
The clearing was no more than a hole in the center of an island. A large rock occupied its center. Written in an ancient language were the words: LEAVE HERE ALL WHO ENTER THE REALM. A young lady of about 16 or 17 sat in the center of the rock. Her long white hair had tips of black and an orangish color. The small diamond shaped sapphire on her head glowed in the moonlight. Her yellow eyes hinted Kekkai Genkai. Her beautiful complexion seemed to glow even in the shadows. She was meditating on something from her past. The woman smiled and stared up at the moon. The woman stood up, “If only I could’ve told them everything.”
A wind blew threw the beautiful girl’s hair. Her white kimono drifted in the draft of air. She smiled a devilish smile then, licked her lip with her snake-like tongue. Orochimaru stood beside her gagged and tied to a post. He struggled a little then, looked up at the mysterious woman, “You’re a smart one. I never saw you coming at me.” Orochimaru chuckled. “I’m not blinded by greed, power, or vengeance like you two.” she turned toward a tree in the distance, “I know you’re there Kabuto.” “How’d you know I was back here…Eh…What?” Kabuto grunted and stiffened, “What…How…did…” A long black shadow surrounded him. “You think I’d let you get away that easily. I know every technique and jutsu and don’t have to kill for them.” The woman stepped toward Kabuto.
