My belief is that these were accounts created by TwoFacedLullaby, once again, for the purpose of her own benefit in the rankings.
Now understand, IP addresses today are generally dynamic, and can be changed by resetting/refreshing settings, getting new Internet Service Providers, so the IP alone doesn’t lock anything down (though it can certainly point out many things for a particular period of time).
That said, here are other accounts worth mentioning (either from before TwoFacedLullaby made her new account, or with dissimilar IP addresses):
Finally, on the subject of multiple accounts, we come to another curious account: ProtectYourNuts.
It’s been fairly well established that ProtectYourNuts and TwoFacedLullaby are the same person – ProtectYourNuts was simply the earlier account that was later dropped in favour of the newer one, though the old artwork still remains and still has “Nami-chan’s” signatures on them. It happens on the site, very well.
And yet here we are, with the portfolio for ProtectYourNuts (member since July 6, 2007):

Submissions: 7 art works.
Subscriptions: TwoFacedLullaby.
Favourites: 116 fan arts, 4 wallpapers, 15 fan comics, 1 e-card.
Of those 116 fan arts, 12 of the most recent favourites are by TwoFacedLullaby. Why is she using her old accounts to favourite her own work? Again, for my theory, see the top of this page.
