This is my character Falorin. :3 I decided to change his outfit from the previous one I designed, back in March. Personally, I like this one WAY more. This is going to be the outfit he usually wears, along with the one King-Sama designed.
During the course of drawing this picture, I found out there are SO MANY WAYS TO DRAW FRILLS!! The frills on his collar, neck, sleeves, wrists, chest, and coattails are ALL DIFFERENT FRILLS!! :OOO I know, I know. Weird. xD But hey, it was a good learning experience for me. I used to only draw frills like the ones on his coattails.
