not necessarily a strong entry but i want to enter your contest. =) I actually like windy days. Not super windy but windy enough where it feels refreshing. make me feel like change is coming or something is traveling and is on its way to meet me.
in terms of process i did the background by adding numerous gradients, sponge effect, and some motion blur as well. i did very little to the picture other than maybe change the color.
