Happy Belated Birthday Kelsey! I apologize that this is way overdue. I have been busy with school and break is the only time I can do anything that isn't school related. I hope you had a great birthday and now Thanksgiving. Hopefully you enjoy this and take care.
I duplicated the image and blurred it a little. Then I added a gradient and bokeh texture. The text is simple but I liked how it turned out. It seemed empty so I added those square brushes in the different colors found in the musical notes in the bg. I hope you don't mind all the orange XD But other colors just didn't seem to fit for the text box. I also added the Happy Birthday on the cake. Enjoy
