Oh my gosh, when I saw this challenge, I knew I had to submit something for it!
Even though it doesn't look like it, no, I did not grab an image & slap text on it. It looks simple, as I didn't want the editing to detract from Toboso's beautiful art and the absolutely amazing pastries *_*
To convince the challenge owner ( I remember them saying not to make such simple editing) I did have to do quite a bit of scan cleanup & image retouch to remove the dust & the '2' on the scan. There's a slight graduation in it, and a bit of color adjustment and playing with layer styling. I also added the definition of pastries (with my own spin on the typography):
"Small cakes, tarts and other sweet baked products"

As for the pastries shown in the card, I love them all from shallow reasons of their appearance to how they taste! They are as follows from top to bottom, left to right: (Recipes are linked!)
I regret I have yet to make them, I usually make more cupcakes than anything else!
