First off, let me explain the choice of setting and clothing in this wallpaper. Now, I was going to go for the battle-ready Ulquiorra...but since I wanted something unique, I decided to go with this. And so, I suppose by choosing this, I am conveying his uniqueness by giving him a more unique piece than something I would normally do.
Okay, now that that is out of the way, the Espada I love the most is Ulquiorra Cifer/Schiffer. Why do I love him? lol So many reasons. It would probably be a lot easier to say what I dislike about him...but since this is to pay HOMAGE, I suppose I'll just list a couple things.
- His cool demeanor and lack of expression. Believe it or not, I do love him for this. He is analytical and unfazed by major events. This is a huge strength for him. He can't be swayed by the whining or crying of an opponent, and will not pity them in any way. It's cold, but efficient.
- His monochromatic color scheme.This only helps to emphasize the fact that he is emotionless and sees things completely in black and white, but the fact that he has such a shocking eye color and symbolic tear stains down his cheeks seem to cry out that he has hope in him yet, to be able to feel.
- His Curiosity. He is so blunt, yet curious. I find it hilarious how he can ask someone if he'd find what he was looking for by tearing open their chest. Even moreso because he's dead serious when he says it. >.>;
On top of those reasons, i would have to add that he's extremely appealing to the eyes. <3 I also love all of his forms, and literally fangirled when I saw his wings. ^w^ He was the very first Espada that I ever saw, and I fell in love with him before I knew his name. AND, I've pretty much stayed loyal to him as my favorite. :) And so, it was only natural for me to put him here for your contest, my friend. I'm sorry I didn't enter sooner, BUT at least I didn't miss it! *cheers*
Enjoy! And sorry for any mistakes or rambling...I am dead tired. >w<;
comments/hugs/faves always appreciated!
