Another super quick wallpaper~ Tried to mimic the original background, extracted the girl, hearts and stars. Then I duplicated the hearts and stars and used them as filler. Thought of some cheesy phrase to somewhat match the image, coloring and some drop shadows and wallah!~ I think I would prefer the section the text is on to be more textured so I might fix that later~ Leave a comment if you can & Enjoy!
