Crimson River

The crimson flow,
your flaming veins,
your blood so ripe,
I wish it'd rain.

Rain from you,
The rain of wine,
Sweet, warm life,
Oh, how I would dine.

Crimson river,
Flows from you,
Drips onto my waiting fangs,
Hunger grips you too.

Waterfall Within

The falling path,
the crashing rain,
the merging of waters,
wash away the pain.

The winter comes,
the ice covers all,
freeze the suffering,
before the big fall.

The summer arrives,
the liquid returns,
the rocks are sharp,
everything burns.

The collision occurs;
rocks with skin,
memories with pain,
the waterfall within.

****
