Moonlight Destruction
The moonlight glimmers
on the waterfront;
epic.
The mermaid swims
underneath the sea;
magic.
Arctic Wonderland
destroyed by us;
tragic.
We kill and ruin,
destroy and taint,
its a wonder why,
we aren't known as saints.
Waterfall Within
The falling path,
the crashing rain,
the merging of waters,
wash away the pain.
The winter comes,
the ice covers all,
freeze the suffering,
before the big fall.
The summer arrives,
the liquid returns,
the rocks are sharp,
everything burns.
The collision occurs;
rocks with skin,
memories with pain,
the waterfall within.
