The boy cleared his throat. “I was wondering….um..”
Impatient knowing she didn’t have much time before her last lesson for the day she said. “Spit it out.”
He blanched averting his eyes. “I’m sorry, I just thought you could help me with my technique….maybe I was wrong. Forgive me my Lady.” He turned around and began walking away.”
Wait.” Lilly said stopping him, he turned his head. “What’s your name?”
“Sarrak my Lady, but my friends call me Rak.”
Taking a deep breath deciding this was her only chance, she smiled. “Rak, you can call me Lilly.“ She walked up to him. “We should talk.”

He arrived on his lands just as the sun touched the horizon line. He raced to his father’s mansion, the mansion that he was raised in. Jaden came up to the front door and dismounted as three servants came out to greet him.
“My Lord, how good it is to see you safe.” The tall lanky man dressed in a thin black suit came to him as the other servants tended to his horse and his things.
“I’m only here for the night Lester.”
The man’s expression saddened but he kept his chin high. “Of course sir. Come I’ll have the cook prepare you a meal.”
