The story improves from the previous arc, bringing more emotion and more action, but it still isn't up to its greatest quality.

Characters
This develops another couple of characters, however, the lack of widespread character development is less so because few characters are deeply involved with the plot of this arc. However, the ones that are do get developed decently, and one character gets a great amount of development, making us relate to her on a great level.

Animation
The animation is improved, though still not as quite as good as the first two arcs.
The action scenes are more intense, though not to their greatest quality.

Music
There opening is decent. The ending, though having an enjoyable song, has extremely boring animation, making it very skippable.
Some new background tracks are added, and the directing of the others is good enough to bring it out of its pit.
