The story is back to its great quality in this arc. Though a bit more systematic, it leaves you full of emotion.

Characters
Some of the lesser-developed characters here get their time to shine. The development is back to incredible as it not only works with some of the more ignored characters, but two of the main characters get their best development through this part of the series.

Animation
The directing of the action scenes of this arc is incredible. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and more. The intensity of it is amazing. Though it does some of the same brushing over a scene multiple times that the third arc does, it doesn't reach the point of annoying repetitiveness of it.

Music
The music ups its game, too. Although no new tracks are introduced, the way they are directed increase the intensity, causing maximum possible emotion.
