When we got to the pool Lee was swimming around happily. Though he frowned a bit when he saw me with Candy. I’m assuming that he was thinking that he was going to get the day with just him and Candice. Yeah like hell I’ll ever let that happen. I heard cloth hit the ground and Candy was standing next to me in a two piece bathing suit. I felt my face instantly heat up as I watched her walk to the stairs in the shallow end and go into the pool.
To stop myself from instantly going over and grabbing her and keeping her to myself I sat down next to her towel and took some slow breaths trying to calm myself down. This was embarrassing. I’ve never gotten so worked up like this. I really am falling for her and hard.
“Alright are you comfortable?” I looked up to see Candy was in waist deep water on her and Lee was very calmly helping her learn how to swim.
“Mhm.” She still looked a little nervous, but I could tell that she was going to have fun. She sounded like she always wanted to learn how to swim and well learning from a fish who could be a better teacher?
He made her slowly lay down and didn’t take his hand from her back. First things first is learning how to float before you can really learn how to swim anyways. It kind of sucked not being the one touching her but there was no way I was getting in the water unless she was drowning again.
After a little while she started learning the simple strokes. I couldn’t help but smile. She was a quick learner I’m happy to see that she’s having so much fun. Even if it wasn’t with me. I guess I will have to learn to share. Even though it’s really difficult for me to let other people have things that I want.

I started dozing off where I was laying next to the pool. I was starting to get a little bored. I closed my eyes and let my head rest on my arm.
“mama, papa, can I come with you to pick up Terence.” A little kid asked the two adults that were by what looked like a human version of me when I was a kid.
“Of course dear.” The women said holding out her hand to the little kid. He happily took her hands and the three of them went to a school.
They waited for a boy with black and white hair that looked to be about seven coming out of school doors. ‘Is that boy…Talon?’ I thought watching the kid waved and then run over to the family.
“Sky were you good for mom and dad today?” The boy named Terence asked the little boy with white hair.
He nodded happily. “Of course I was.”
I covered my eyes from a bright light and when I moved my hand after the light faded it was Terence and Sky again but they were older now. Terence looked to be about a year younger then me and Sky was probably around twelve. They were walking somewhere. I followed them as they walked down the walkway happily talking.
I saw something out of the corner of my eye. “LOOK OUT!” I shouted but neither of them heard me. Some people came out from an ally and put a cloth over their nose and mouths.
Something cold hit my face and I took a sharp breath in and quickly sat up breathing heavily. I was actually sweating. I don’t know if it was from the sun beating down on me or from that dream. But what was that all about? Why did those two boys look like Talon and me?
