I wanted to ask something, if it's not to complicated to explain. How do you make text (on cards/wallpapers) that has those double lines/borders/whatever ? Hope someone understands what I'm talking about ^^' I don't know how to express myself >.< . I would give you an example, because I've seen a lot of people here use it , but I can't bring myself to ask those people ^^' (it seems like I'm troubling someone if I ask them directly,but this way only someone who wants to help can write me an answer ).
