I sort of mixed Sci-Fi with Steampunk x) I love both styles/themes but haven't explored them enough.

The concept and character are original but I googled Sci-Fi and steampunk images for two hours before started this, even tho I was dying to get going!
I couldn't sketch the character on SAI cuz of my weird issue with digital lineart, so I used my Orange mechanical pencil to sketch him traditionally cuz I'm also having a weird issue with led pencils and then digitally changed the tinted lines to black.
He started out as a steam-punk version of my OC Judah, but when it came to colouring him, I didn't wanna give him dark hair... So I think this is a new OC, which I'll have to design further in the future.

I spent approx. 2 days working on it (over the weekend and while watching Inception which helped XD). And I'm actually really proud of myself this time ^//u//^ This turned out just like how I wanted it to and I made sure to spend as much time as I needed to get all the detail in.

I don't think I've ever hated watermarks as much as I do now xD I did this watermark in photoshop, using this technique. Nothing else worked well enough :/
