Step 11:
Hit Delete, deselect, and adjust the opacity of the copied layer to your liking once again, staying on 25% or even going up to 75% to 100%~ Experiment to see what looks good to you~

This step makes only a subtle difference to the darkness of pencil lines and takes away a bit of the grudginess of the supposely white background, but I still like it~ ^^

After this, you can change your image size or do whatever with it!
