This was very random for me, actually. I had seriously ZERO IDEA on what to do at first ._.
I started out with a render the added those little radial gradients. Then I made the text and added some little typographic-ish effects to it .____________________________. Then I added a bokeh texture to the bottom then I added a brush thing. Then there.
