Chiyo looked at herself in the mirror that was provided to her. It did look wonderful on her…She closed her eyes, tears spilling from them. She was upset…yet she was excited. She…loved Ikuto…she knew she did. And she wanted to be with him…But hated to be a part of Atsushi’s plot. She was placing on the veil when he walked in. Chiyo scowled at Atsushi.
“Tears? On your wedding?” he questioned, wiping them away.
Chiyo shuddered and slapped his hand away.
“You look beautiful, my angel,” he said.
Chiyo turned from him.
“I’m not yours…nor will I ever be yours…”
He smirked.
“Not yet anyways…” he said, “Come now…There is a wedding to attend.”
Atsushi grabbed Chiyo and tossed her over his shoulder. He did not want to risk her running off.
Atsushi set Chiyo down across from Ikuto and then took his place as the one marrying them. Ikuto blushed at the sight of Chiyo. She looked beautiful. When this was all over he would make sure she got a proper wedding…if she would have him…
He gently wiped away her tears.
“I know that you do not wish to be married this way…But I want you to know…I love you, Chiyo…” Ikuto said, taking her hands in his.
She smiled despite her plight.
“Touching….” Atsushi said, “I’ll take that as your vows. Let’s move on.”
He smirked. Soon…Very soon…
“Do you take this woman to be your wife, to curse into damnation? If so say I do.”
Ikuto closed his eyes.
“I do …” he said.
“And do you take this man to be your husband, to spend all of eternity in hell with, if so say I do…”
Chiyo squeezed Ikuto’s hand.
“I-I do…” she said.
Those words spilled out of Chiyo’s mouth like a death sentence.
“You may now complete the ceremony…” Atsushi said.
Ikuto took Chiyo gently in his arms. Chiyo’s scar was on fire. Ikuto gently kissed her neck. She shivered.
“I’m sorry…” he said.
Chiyo gasped as his fangs penetrated her skin. It hurt a first, but then all the pain faded away, even her scar stopped hurting. She was in pure bliss.
Ikuto held her tighter as he started to drink her blood. She was so fragile…Her blood…it was sweeter than anything he had ever tasted in his entire life. He pulled away carefully and kissed her neck to stop the bleeding. He reached up and touched her cheek. He looked at her with such love in his eyes. He did not want to harm her, but he had to in order to save her. She would die if he did not do this…
Atsushi held out a dagger to Ikuto. Ikuto closed his eyes and took the dagger. He prepared to slice open his palm in order to give Chiyo his blood. After she drank that the transformation would occur.
“IKUTO! WAIT!” Sousuke shouted.
Ikuto’s eyes snapped opened and he turned to see Sousuke, Amira and a blonde girl running in.
“Ellie?! Amira?!” Chiyo cried, she tried to run to her sister’s, but Atsushi grabbed her arm and squeezed tightly. She winced and attempted to escape.
“Nii-san…I don’t know what Atsushii told you, but it’s unlike you to try and force a girl to do something like this. If you do this…She will die…” Sousuke said.
Atsushi’s eyes flashed with anger.
He pulled Chiyo close to him and backed away. Chiyo struggled against him.
“Let me go!” she said.
Atsushi ignored her and pulled out a vial of crimson fluid.
“Why are you so determined to have my sister anyways?!” Amira demanded.
“This is none of your concern young fae...” Atsushi snarled.
Amira was taken aback. Fae?! What did that mean?
“You did not think I would know? You smell just like a fairy…though yet to have gone through puberty…”
Amira stared at Atsushi shocked. Her? A …Fairy? Ellie closed her eyes and started to mutter a spell. Atsushi’s eyes flashed and he waved his hand, sending Ellie flying back.
“Nice try witchling!”
Chiyo screamed and tried to run to her sister. Atsushi held onto Chiyo tighter. She winced.
“I know why he wants your sister…” a new voice said.
