So, I feel very wiped out today. Sore and tired and sunburnt:P I hope I don't add more to my charred epidermis collection tomorrow as we are doing more water park type things then... Sigh, I miss sleep a bit. Yes, yes I do.
Anyway! Must try to stay relatively not dead so that I may complete this post of what all I did today because i know how much all of your one-two people care marginally about it. ^-^
This morning, I got up. Yes, I did unfortunately. After all that which follows awaking, we headed out to some of the boat related things we were planning on for today. First we took a Duck tour. Basically you ride a Duck. No, not a bird. A boat. Called a Duck. So, simply it's a land to water vehicle. It was fun, and our guide was funny, evenhtough some of the jokes were those ones that usually no one would laugh at but the fact that it's said in such a sarcastic way makes it funnier...you know? Yeah, she told some of those and well...other stuff about the views of the tour, however I shan't bore you all, nor am I really in the mood to try and remember it all to type for you. Remember... tired, sore, and sunburnt?
Once finishing that, we headed to the Jet Boats. And it means pretty muh what it seems to. They are boats that go really fast. Up to 40mph, to be precise. Which I onl am because I actually knew that. 0,o Basically they take you out and go really fast then to all stops and 360 degree spins. Sounds like fun, except for the part about how you get wet and all. Which I suppose could be fun as well, unless you are wearing clothes and really don't want to have the nasty damp feeling as you are trying to walk back to your car and have to sit in those wet shorts......soory, I seem to be rambling. Anyway, we got wet. Luckily my dad was the one who seemed to get drenched more than either my sister or me. I was glad I didn't get to wet. However, our hair ened up as a serious, tangled, wavy and wet mess. You'd think that going so fast your hair would go behind your head...but no, it was all blowing up in our faces...my like, 15" long hair in my face, getting wet...ugh. that really annoyed me. Not that it wasn't fun or anything, because it was and our guide was nice and funny and he pointed out some topological things as well as trying to soak through our fibers.
Once that event was over and we got back to our room we all decided to shower again...cause our hair was messed up and we felt yucky. That took up some time, enough of which so that once we were ready to go, it was dinner time.
Although it wouldn't have been a first choice, we decided upon Culver's. The chicken tenders were ok but I really wasn't too fond of them and the fries, which I usually like, were fairly salty...ruining the taste a bit for me. Sigh...poor me. But we quickly went through that and headed for our mini-golf and arcade pack of wildness...stuff. Yeah. So anyway, we first played 9 holes of this aquarium 3-D and blacklight mini golf, but we played without the silly glasses because we can. then we headed to the pirates 3-D and blacklight pirate mini-golf. That was fun, we always do mini-golf with our dad...it's like a fun thing just for use to do. Mostly we play about and be silly and we always keep score...because, why not? It's just for fun^-^
After those games went by quickly we had some ice cream at this place inside the building were the golf adn arcade was. Although the cups weren't that large in appearance they PILLED the ice cream on, none of us were able to finish it all. :P But after tossing the leftovers, we headed for the arcade which was at first...kinda confusing. See, they no longer have tickets. They have electronic tickets or Etickets. Which you use a card to recieve them by slidding it after winning some. Sounds easy huh? Wrong. At first it seems like we got it, then we found that you put money on the cards and slide them in a token machine to get token from the money on the cards. You use the tokens in only SOME of the games and still collect the tickets by swipping the card after winning. However, on the games that don't allow tickets, you have to slide your card giving money from the card to play.
So you play and then it tells yu how many tickets you get and then you would assume you slide the card and get the tickets, BUT once you slide the card it then takes more money from the card and has you play AGAIN. It does this EVERY FREAKIN TIME!! It was seriously confising us as to whether or not we were even getting those tickets. Then after winning an over 300 tickets jackpot we were gettin gupset because we seriously didn't want to have those vanish. So when I was FORCED into asking some...yes forced because no one else would do it!... We eventually found that it was taking the ticketsbut also continuing to have you play over and over, practically until you have no money left. We found that to be very stupid, but whatever really. All in all, I won about 3 bonuses in a game and my sister, Inu--Yasha, got one. (the 314 ticket one--mine were only 117, 55, and 16) I won a pretty much everytime in that game except maybe 3 or 4 times.
After pooling all the tickets together we had over 2000 and of course as is custom when in arcades, you must get useless crap that seems more enjoyable at the time then it will be later. We got many things, some for ourselves and a few for a friend and our parents. (mostly our mom) Hehehehehe....so yes, we now have several pieces of cheap junk that is well....yeah...cheap junk.
And now we are back here, lounging about and resting some, cause UGH tired body. I had been thinking about drawing some tonight but I believe i'm to blah to really do anything contructive other than breathing to stay alive...to a degree. :P
And so there you have it! A day of bizzarely annoying and yet also entertaining stuff and things...and now I must go, for I is something or other...to lazy really to even try adn complete a thought right now.
TOODLES! ^-^ (yes, I did say that...get over your shock)
It saddens me tht I only recieved one comment on my first post of vacation unpdate insanity...I had hoped for at least two, perhaps as I continue the comment count shall increase? I will have to see, I suppose.
Well, back to updates. The first thing we did was go to one of the numerous water park things here, we were there for perhaps 3-4 hours. It was fun, mostly all we did and all that can be done, is go round and round on the lazy river and ride this one tabogon-like slide. Which, of course, two out of three times I got water up my nose while riding...hate that so much!
After that we went back to the room so that we could shower and get dressed, one because we literally just got up and then went to the park and then two is because I HATE chlorine in my hair...hate hate hate...bleh :P We dressed in pants, despite the evil heat, and heading off for an hour of horseback riding on a nice trail^-^ I loved that, it was quite fun really...and my horse was certainly interesting. His name was Chance and he was a bit bigger than the guides or my sister's was. At first he was slow, especially going downhill. Then after a stop to use the bathroom for my and the guides horse, Chance stepped into second. His personality seemed to start coming out then. Every time we went up hill he would go quickly and when we went downhill he was very slow and methodical. Then he trotted once across this down/up hill path crossing thing. Our guide found that fun, because after a guide abused trotting they were no longer allowed to do so...but we still could^-^ HA. A while into it we came to part of a path were there were lots of weeds along the side, I pulled the reins up to have him stop. Then he trotted up toward the guide, and she laughed saying he didn't like having his position changed. We continued that way and such up hill and normal mostly and yet he still continued attempts to eat only one of those did he again trot up from. We moved on and suddenly at one point he turns back and looks at my siter's horse (who was named Blues) as though he simply din't want him to get ahead, or he had just figured out there was a horse behind him. We weren't entirely sure though:P Moving along more, a bug was getting up in his face and bothing him and so he kept snorting and making this weird sound...almost something like I could hear a human make when they're annoyed or something. That was the most peculiar thing to me. Hehehehehe. But I did like him, apparently he's usually slow and my sister's generally tries to get ahead of the guides horse, but they were like opposite. For some reason. Oh well, so that's what happened there.
Next we went again back to the room and decided on a place to eat, going to a place called Monks. It was ok, not great or anything and a bit family style. There was this group of little kids there with there parents and there was this one little girl like maybe 3 years old who making making "monkey" noises at this stuffed gorilla that was placed up high in the restuarant. It was actually very annoying, because it was more like screamign than anything else. :P After eating, we went to the magic show! WOO YEAH! No, but it was nice and funny and good and stuff....we had been there year before last, but things were new and different which was nice^-^ Though I recognized when things were what I had seen before.
Finally we came back adn here we have stayed, up until now when I am typing this for all to read. Cause I can. HA.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo yeah, you must have enjoyed that...you must. Anyway, bye for now!
OH MY FREAKIN GOSH!!!! THERE ARE SOOOO MANY LIFEGUARDS HERE!! Now I know that people are employed as lifeguards, ecpecially in an area where practically everywhere has at least one or two swim parks or water parks. BUT!! THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!!! I'm SERIOUS! You can't turn a freakin corner without seeing a pack of them walking or riding bikes, and in those stupid red shorts and white red cross t-shirts. This place is like wired to disturb it's visiting residents. I wouldn't be surprised if EVERY FREAKIN teen- young adult who lived here was a lifeguard! BECAUSE THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's alright if you don't see the perturbed insanity of this, as my sister Inu--Yasha and I do. It just means you must be in on the diabolical sceam and shall therefore be destroyed along with the rest of them. ^-^ Hahahahahaha, fear me evilness.
Alright, now that I have gotten past that land of warpe reality, I shall get to my real reason for posting! Basically, I am on vacation, typing from our condo-like hotel/lodge room at 11:47 here time and 12:47 my normal time. And, I have decided that I will post everyday and update you on the activities that we part-take in! Fun, huh? Yeah, I know......it's not... T.T But whatever, live with what you bring pon yourselves I suppose. As it's your fault for reading what I type. Which is, of course, never healthy.
Also, just wanted to say that I have chapter six of The Catalyst up! I am going to do the Blade chapter five now, and then the In-Progress drawings are moving...sort of^-^
Be prepared for tomorrow! [there may be magic! *shifty eyes* ...no really...there might be actual magic...liek poof what you see was actually an illusion, a slight of hand, a poof poof....yeah....that....well...I guess I totally ruined that for you...ok, shuting up now.]
Sooo this is my SECOND time writing this darn post...stupid thing.
Anyway, I'm here to say stuff and things in regards to my various works as I am a goober when it comes to posting updates here...well anywhere actually if you know of my other sites. Hehehe. ;P
Now then, for writings! I have gotten chapters four and five of The Catalyst put up in the time between my last post (I believe)! Which is always nice for those who actually read it^-^ Especially since the other night I wrote chapter six! Fastest I have ever written a chapter lately. In other story related news, Tewoeklon chapter four has been started but I have yet to get back to it though. Silly, silly me :P Oh, yes and before I forget, I will be putting up chapter five of Blade for those who still follow it. ^-^
In doodleland, I have currently 3 in progress drawings...soon to be 4 actually. Hehehe^-^ because i'm a stupid person really. HA. Yeah. Other than that though I have one finished one, a SessXKag fanart. First one actually, which is sad considering it's my favorite InuYasha pairing. You'd think I would have gotten around to it at one point...alas I have sucked too much I think. ^-^ Two of my in-progress drawings are from The Catalyst, another is one I STILL haven't completed for someone at my school. The last one of those four will be for my friend AvariceTears! She gave me a lovely comment and in it was mentioned drawing her character. So I thought, why not! So soon I hope to have a drawing of her character Auxvita in my style with my funky background work similar to how I did my drawing Simple Pleasures . Let's hope things all get done!
In the realm of me, my first vacation is going to be coming up next week. I'm not sure if i'll have any wifi where I am...I think I will but i don't know. I'll just have to find out when I get there! My next one isn't until august, although I don't really know whether i'll have any wifi there either. Sadness really. :P But things will work themselves out one way or another. YEAH FUN ME TIME!
TA DA! Low and behold a brand new post for you to read! So be happy. BE. HAPPY. ^-^
Sooooo here I am with news of funness.
Ok I have two chapters finished, The Catalyst chapter five has already been finished, sent, edited, and sent back to me for the revision...which I have yet to do though. Hehe. ALSO I have finally gotten around to working more on Tewoeklon chapter three and last night (technically very early this morning) I finished and sent the chapter to my editor, Mero (MerokoYui4). I'm so glad that I got back to that story, I missed it and i'm happy I was able to delve into it again^-^ Yeah, woohoo! I hope to write some more relatively soon.
EDITS: Chapter four of The Catalyst is up and ready for reading!!! I have also recieved and revised chapter three of Tewoeklon as well! HAPPYNESS! I should be getting done with chapter five of The Catalyst's edits right after this!--which I did!! ^-^ I also put up chapter four of Blade, eventhough it's discontinued I thought what the hell...OH! and I decided to put up chapter three of Tewoeklon as well! So YEAH!
In my little corner of doodles, I have not done a whole lot at all -_-. I still have a commission drawing that I need to finish for someone at my school...which is out(has been for a week now)...0,o hehe ^-^ So bad am I. Then I have a work in progress as well; otherwise all the ideas I have for drawings are still swimming around in my brain waiting for a release. Poor littles possibilities!
Oh and lucky you in the world of the true existence of me, I have decided to have my ears pierced again! I is excited. Unfortunately the place we were getting it done, no longer does cartilidge piercings, which I thought so, however their sign says otherwise...freakin sign... -_- Anyway, I was able to get the other one I wanted though. I got a third piercing on my right ear and will get a cartilidge one on my left ear, however I can;t do that know until my 18th birthday in september. The is mostly because the place my mom likes, a parlor, does not pierce or tattoo anyone under 18 years of age. Kinda annoying but yeah. I don't to much, it's only a few months. ^-^ Plus my mom knows the people there and they know her, she has three tattoos...soon a fourth once we get some more money for stuff like that. Hehe, yes my mom is seriously awesome.
WOW, don't you people feel so special and fuzzy to know that about me! Cause you should. You should. Yes, yes. Mmmhmm.
EXCITMENT THEN, HUH!? well....yeah that's really all I have to say....yup...yeah.
