EDIT: I thought i'd best write a description of what I did. I wanted to try and make this as lively as possible. I originally had a blue background but it really looked silly, so I changed it to that orange-red. I tried to make the colours of the brushes match the girls dress ^^ I think the end result is kinda bright, but also happy ^^

Sooo, lots of overlays, texture, colour enhancements, brushwork and such later... Here it is! I hope it brings a smile to your face~!
